Your Guide for Job Readiness and Career Exploration
YouthWorks is proud to offer JumpStart Success, a work-readiness and career exploration program. This program was designed to be effective for youth ages 14 to 25 and puts a special emphasis on creating a level playing field for youth living in disadvantaged communities and dealing with challenges like poverty, homelessness, and foster care.
JumpStart Success is aligned to the Pennsylvania Department of Education's Academic Standards for Career Education and Work as well as the Three Rivers Workforce Investment Board's Work Ready Competencies. This alignment ensures that our region's youth are equipped with the core competencies associated with entry-level positions as well as the tools to navigate their individualized career plans.
